Instructions
To listen to the podcast, you will need podcast software installed on your computer. One example of a free podcast player is iTunes: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
Once installed, find the option for subscribing to a podcast. Right-click section headings below (i.e. Class Lectures) and select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location." Paste the link into the "Subscribe to Podcast" window or similar window in your podcast program.
If you do not have podcast software and just want to listen to the file as an MP3, just click on the link for the specific file you would like to listen to.
