Master of Sacred Theology (S.T.M.) at Chicago Theological Seminary

Criteria for Admission

Applicants to the Master of Sacred Theology Program must have earned a Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalent.

The S.T.M. application requires:

• Materials as outlined under the Master of Divinity and Master of Arts Program application requirements;
• A statement of proposed focus of study.

International Applicants

International Applicants: all non-native English speakers who are applying to any degree program must submit a Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of no lower than 550 paper or 217 computer. The TOEFL code for CTS is 1120.
