Chapel Director of Community LifeThe Director of Community Life, the Rev. Ayanna Johnson, is commissioned to “help the CTS community befriend itself,” working with students, faculty and staff to nurture and coordinate opportunities for building community at CTS. The Director will also be available to help students with spiritual care and wellness needs. The Director maintains a resource center of information on spiritual direction, long-term counseling, religious communities, retreat facilities, and skilled care services available in the surrounding community. Finally, the Director serves as a guide and advocate for students. The Director of Community Life fosters safe spaces for conversation and counsel, while also representing student interests on the Administrative Council—a leadership team that facilitates the administrative leadership of the school. |
